Calendar Changes When you make a change to the Crew Calendar, we’ve added a dialog window that gives the option to notify the homeowner of the change, and give details as to why. All you have to do is move the event on the calendar, and you will be prompted to type in a reason. JOBTRACKER will automatically notify the homeowner based on their contact email. Insurance Claims Insurance data fields are now available via the Lead data entry screen. As a result of moving Insurance information here, you can now display Insurance Data via the Lead List view and via, the Contracted JOB list view. Use Layout Options in the Advanced Search to add Insurance fields to your List Views. Rest that pointer finger and just move down the screen a little, instead of a lot. It just makes sense.
