Home Screen Dashlet’s have customizable filters.  What this means is you can choose settings that determine what information is displayed within the Dashlet.  If you are not seeing Leads, Calls, Contracted Jobs etc., that you expect to see, it’s probably because you need to change the settings/filter for the Dashlet.
