Targets, EZ Links, All PO’s & Invoices

In our last newsletter we introduced you to the new feature of ‘Targets.’ A ‘Target’ is an individual whom you may not have enough data to make them a ‘lead’ or a ‘contracted job’ but you do want to get their name in your system, these individuals would be a target.

Just click this ‘targets’ button for a more detailed tutorial on creating and converting targets.

At estimationPRO we’re always looking for ways to work smarter. We wanted to be able to navigate between the Contracted JOB, Account and Lead information quicker – so the idea to add a quick link within the Contracted JOB screen came to mind. So, here you have it.

See a List of ALL PO’s & Invoices

Ever want to see a list of ALL Purchase Orders and Invoice Documents for a JOB ?

Well good, because you can. Access to Purchase Orders – Vendor Invoice Documents has been added to the Main Navigation Menu Bar. Don’t see it on the Menu Bar? No Problem, press the  button and you will see it.
